EditPro store sells digital products (courses, assets, software). Because access is delivered instantly and files can be downloaded the moment payment is completed, all sales are generally final.
When refunds are issued
- You were charged twice for the same product.
- The product link is permanently broken and we cannot deliver a replacement within 72 hours.
- Payment was successful but the product was never delivered to your account.
When refunds are not issued
- Change of mind after download.
- Compatibility issues with your specific device when the product specs were clearly listed.
- Failure to follow installation instructions.
How to request
Email editprostore@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID and the mobile number used at checkout. Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
